The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture will again be hosting The Dale Carnegie Training Program “Skills for Success” starting February 25th 2021. This World-Famous Effective Communications and Human Relations program has been successfully delivered in St. Lucia since 2004, with hundreds of satisfied participants and companies who have sponsored their participation.
