The “Become A Sales Champion” training programme (2025) will be re-designed to enhance the skills of both "Hunter" (Missionary) and "Farmer" (Key Account) sales reps, integrating modern sales techniques, digital tools, and social media practices.
The focus is on understanding current trends, leveraging social media for prospecting and relationship-building, and adopting data-driven, customer-centric selling approaches.
This training programme will blends traditional sales techniques with modern practices, focusing heavily on digital tools and social selling strategies.
The two-day structure offers a balanced mix of theory, practical exercises, and role-plays that allow reps to immediately apply what they have learned to both new and existing accounts.
Participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate today’s complex sales environment and increase their sales success using a modern, customer-first approach.
We will follow a quick pace. Our approach will be collaborative and highly interactive, using a workshop style format. We will combine a dynamic blend of vibrant presentations, vigorous discussions, practical case studies and workshops. The programme will be “real”, comprehensive, and practical, to “stretch” you in positive ways. We anticipate you will find the experience enlightening, enjoyable and worthwhile.
