What Keeps You Up at Night?
Dear Members,
The Chamber is pleased to announce the new date for the Second HR Connect event that seeks to bring HR Managers and Professionals together to share experiences, knowledge, best practice, and devise strategies that the Chamber can deploy to support HR Professionals in the Chamber Membership.
We do this to build a strong and effective network and hopefully help the Chamber identify the people development needs it can support and help address.
We needed to postpone HR Connect due to the urgent convening of a presentation on the Draft Minimum Wage Order which required our attention. We trust that Members have been able to examine this issue, assess its impact on your firm, and address any outstanding issues that may have arisen.
The first HR Connect for 2024 was held in February 2024 and was extremely well received. From that, we have identified four main areas that may require further exploration and have decided to open this event with a short Feature Presentation on Managing an Intergenerational Workforce.
The Chamber is extremely pleased to host this Edition of HR Connect under the theme “What Keeps HR Up at Night!”. It will examine some of the crucial issues that confront the modern HR Manager and identify some measures that can be taken to address these issues.
The Program will feature three HR Managers in an open conversation about the main issues they face in their current work environment and some of the approaches that can be taken to address them or better cope.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to share those issues that keep them up at night and discuss some strategies to respond.
As a reminder, your Panelists are:
The Chamber looks forward to your participation in this exciting event.
