Amended Tax Administration and Procedures Act

Dear Members,

I wish to advise that the Inland Revenue Department has agreed to meet with members to discuss the Amended Tax Administration and Procedures Act. The IRD has also extended the deadline for comments on the same.

In that regard I invite members interested in learning more about the TAPA to a presentation by the IRD on the TAPA. The presentation will take place on the 7^th of March 2024, at the Chamber Secretariat from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
