The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture will again host its signature program, Skills for Success by the Dale Carnegie Institute. This World-renown Effective Communications and Human Relations program has been hosted with great success by the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture since 2004. We have trained hundreds of satisfied participants and their companies who have sponsored their participation.
