As economies and markets recover and evolve, customers are buying, but perhaps not as much as before. A key job of frontline sales professionals is to ensure that when consumers are ready to buy, you are the supplier of choice. 2023 will be a testing year. This intensive 2-day high-energy programme will start by reviewing selling fundamentals and sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, probing-for-need, and developing proposals; before exploring more advanced topics including strategic account management, building sales pipeline and customer psychology to deal with different buyer personas. We will explore the challenges of selling products versus services; how B2B differs from B2C sales; and, key account versus missionary sales roles.
We will examine key concepts and bring you up-to-speed on current tools and techniques. We will guide you to boost your professional skills and confidence. Our approach will be straightforward, understandable and motivational. We will complement your talents and experience, to help you to compete more effectively.
We will follow a quick pace. Our approach will be collaborative and highly interactive, using a workshop style format.
