Introduction to QuickBooks Online

Introduction to QuickBooks Online introduces participants to the basic accounting capabilities of the QuickBooks Online program. Participants will learn how to effectively use essential QuickBooks features that are needed for every small and mid‐size business.

OVERVIEW:

This training session is for users who are new to QuickBooks Online and need help getting started. Learn how QuickBooks Online works, how to navigate the basic features of the product, and how to perform key sales and expense tasks—as well as gain an awareness of the Intuit product family.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

• Learn about the different QBs online subscriptions and how to select best option, including 3rd party apps and integrations such as QBs Payroll
• Apply accounting principles to QuickBooks and learn key features of QBs online
• Learn how to setup a chart of accounts for a newly created business and how to import data from QBs desktop
• Learn how to track expenses, customize invoices, and run reports

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

This training will be facilitated by Mr. Elias Maxius of EMAX Solutions. Mr. Maxius possesses over eight years’ collective experience in Banking, Finance and Accounting. He is also a certified pro advisor holding advance certifications in QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop.
