TRAINING DETAILS:

Corona virus (Covid-19) and the Workplace – What every Saint Lucian Employer Should Know   will cover the following areas:

• ·         Temporary layoffs, layoffs and terminations in accordance with the amended s. 148 of the Labour Act
• ·         Managing workplace safety and health in response to Covid-19, guided by Part IV of the Labour Act
• ·         Reintegrating employees into the “new” workplace
• ·         Remote working
• ·         Employer obligations and implications for adjustments to existing contractual arrangements

PROGRAM FACILITATED: The program will be facilitated by Mrs. Cheryl Goddard- Dorville of GODDARD- DORVILLE LEGAL.

FEE:  Chamber Members are entitled to 30% savings on this training workshop. Ensure that your membership status is up-to-date, so that your due discount may stand.

Chamber Member Contribution - EC$200.00 per person 

Non-Member Fee                             - EC$300 per person

VENUE:  The workshop will be hosted virtually. Access Link to a Virtual Conference Platform will be shared upon registration completion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:   Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least one week before the date of the workshop to receive a refund.  Cancellations submitted after the start of the programme are subject to full payment.
